I think it might be the ARC walking over the cyst which pushed it through. NS2 is kind of weird in that sometimes when an object is sandwiched between other objects near a thin wall that separates two spaces it actually gets pushed through it onto the other side. Easiest way to replicate this is to stand against the glass wall in biodome and throw that Halloween candy shit at the wall and you'll see it get pushed through.

I managed to move a crag underneath a similar grate by Observation res node. I forget if there was a cyst in the area that may have allowed that to happen.

have a look at nav_debug in the console. a number of the props either don't have collision or have collision that doesn't quite match. For example on mineshaft, if you position it right, you can put an arc up above the doorway from ms to the gap. Also, how many commanders have had trouble placing things & dropping meds in ore on tram?
