Had around 85 FPS looking at a hive in docking, using this command it jumped to ~125 FPS.

Just to dampen everyone's hopes that this command is pure magic, I was seeing a normal 48fps jump to ~55. INCREDIBLE.

Went up from average 90 to 130, not bad.

Not sure if dumb question but; do I have to do this every time I load up the game? Or will it save into config?

                Pick one

Incase you haven't noticed by the state of the console, or the arrangement of sourcefiles, that UWE are...
ahem. No. There is unfortunately not a config that will load up useful commands, and I believe you must manually type them in by hand - unless you create a bind.

I think the syntax is bind UPPERCASELETTER command. If you do a lower case letter, it usually shows you most of your options to bind to. So just tap a magical key and away you go! yay!

Oh, and I forgot to mention: You must enter this command, well all commands, every map change.

45 fps boost in reception in biodome, ingame.
                  Why, impressive.

Edit - with significant input lag

I would only bother using this when my fps shits itself mid to late game, where the shit feel due to shit fps overrides the shit feel due to shit input lag.

Yep, which is why i mentioned if you're already getting higher FPS this will only add to your input lag, which is why i recommended to just disable it.

the input lag is minimal if your fps is around your refresh rate i've found, that means even if my refresh rate is currently 93(modified with cru 1.0) then even 120 fps the input lag is barely noticible, however any higher and it seems to feel like mouth smoothing is on because of how it interacts with the frames.

Nice, the command does something again!

Many moons ago, the cmd wasn't working:

125 fps looking at wall in Flight Control, late game.
                        r_sync 0 125fps
                        r_sync 1 150fps
                        r_sync 2 no difference

                        Working...
